Xavier Johnson

Mr. Johnson has been a personal injury trial attorney for many years and has tried cases throughout New York City. Before becoming a plaintiff’s trial attorney he spent time years as a defense attorney representing major insurers such as AIG and Travelers. Prior to that, he served as in-house counsel and trial attorney in a corporate capacity overseeing large insurance litigation matters. This perspective has given Mr. Johnson a unique advantage in negotiating and trying cases against insurance companies and their attorneys. He has settled several large cases for workers injured in construction related accidents and accidents that occur on business and private premises. Mr. Johnson has lived most of his life in Brooklyn and for the past six years has lived and worked in Manhattan.
