Jennifer Safier

Ms. Safier graduated SUNY at Stony Brook in 1992 and received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1995. She has spent her career focusing primarily on the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law. She has handled a voluminous amount of matrimonial matters from inception through trial at her sixteen (16) year employment at Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP. She is Of Counsel to Finkelstein & Partners, LLP and Jacoby & Meyers, LLP, representing their clients in various types of general legal matters. She is the supervising attorney for the General Legal Department at Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP and possesses a superior knowledge of a wide range of practice areas including but not limited to matrimonial and family law, real states, estate planning and probate matters. The other attorneys in her department rely on her for her legal acumen and ability to narrow issues and resolve problems.

Ms. Safier also has extensive experience as a divorce mediator. Ms. Safier is dedicated to helping her clients through a most emotional time of their lives and prides herself of reaching amicable resolutions in contested matrimonial matters as well.

Ms. Safier is regarded as a strong advocate and perceived as fair, honest and hardworking by her colleagues, adversaries and Judges alike.

She regularly lectures in the areas of matrimonial and family law before various unions throughout the New York State area. She has appeared in the Supreme Courts and Family Courts for the counties of Dutchess, Orange, Westchester and the 5 boroughs of New York City.

Ms. Safier is active in her local community, serving in leadership roles on her local PTA and Girl Scout Troop.
